Another very positive experience with Shane (Smart Air and Electrical). Three air conditioning units installed promptly and efficiently.

Shane and team were fab, they were obviously up against it this summer with the manufacturers having delays on delivery of air con units but communication was great and Shane tried his best to secure the units as soon as possible. The installation of the air con unit was seamless, half a day or so and the room was left spotless, and the unit looks great.

Shane fitted an air con unit for us after being recommended to us. He is professional, thorough and very tidy. Also a very nice person- he worked late into the evening to get our AC fitted for us, thank you!

We had been really struggling with summers where the bedrooms in the roof were getting to 30+ degrees overnight in the summer, and simply not cooling down.
Most providers just throw a standard quote at you but Shane looked at our house (it's a weird construction) and worked out what to do. We had installed three indoor units and a condenser outside, quickly and professionally and cleanly, at a competitive rate. We're going to have our first child very close to the first install date he gave us, so he very kindly moved other jobs to accommodate that.

We have used Smart Air and Electrical now for three jobs within the golf complex, every single job has been carried out expertly and efficiently. Shane and the guys that help him are respectful of the property and super tidy in the work they do. The aftersales by Shane is excellent, with him coming back to tidy up bits that he was not happy with yet you and I would just say yes its fine. We as a company could not be happier and would recommend them for any electrical work they require.

Shane supplied and fitted an air conditioning unit for our home office. When he arrived to do the job, there was a problem with the external wall (nothing to do with him) and so he could only do half of it initially.
We got the wall sorted, and he kept in touch throughout that time and has just been back to complete the job.
We are delighted with the work. The unit seems perfect for our needs, the work was done as quickly as it could be given the situation, Shane was polite, punctual and tidy, and we were also very happy with the price.

Absolutely perfect from first communication to final install. Nothing was too much trouble even after my incessant questions. Installation day Shane , Nick and Lewis worked tirelessly in the pouring rain to get my install done. It was a split system with two Daikin units indoors and an outdoor unit. Smart Air and Electrical supplied a new 2.5 KW Daikin Air conditioning unit in our study today. The work was completed to a high standard, on the agreed date. Operation of the a/c unit demonstrated and clearly explained. They used dust mats and cleaned up inside and out, with all packaging removed leaving a clean and tidy work site. The company are good communicators and do what they say they will do. Installer was qualified for both electrical and air-conditioning work. I would definitely use them again for similar work.

Shane from Smart Air supplied and installed multiple air conditioners in different rooms. He was very professional and reliable and did the job timely. It was not an easy situation given our needs but he was able to find the right solution. Cannot recommend him enough. Shane was recommended to us. I did shop around regardless, but Shane offered a range of units within our budget. We agreed a date and time for installation and he arrived on time and fitted the unit and external unit promptly. He asked me about location of the internal and external unit and explained the pros and cons, including future servicing needs which I had not considered. Shane answered several queries raised by my neighbour about the heat omissions from the external unit and satisfied their concerns about any potential impact to their failing rendering. I am a fan of air conditioning for cooling and in my case heating.

Required a last minute repair for an air con unit that suddenly stopped working.
Shane was very courteous during our first call and managed to come the day after (despite the busy period due to hot weather).
