Project Management
Domestic and commercial projects can be very different. Domestic properties need to be worked around clients who may be at home or may not be at the time of the installation. Commercial sites can differ, installations may have to be out of hours depending on the situation.
Domestic
We pride ourselves on cleanliness and tidiness whilst undertaking all installations. We will use carpet protection, dust sheets to protect any furniture during the installation, and always use hoovers and cleaning materials to leave the site in a clean and tidy manor. Wall repairs internally and externally will be filled with appropriate materials and made good if needed before completion.
Commercial
If the quotation is agreed, a materials deposit may be needed to confirm the installation. A full payment for materials will be needed once the materials are dropped to site, then payment in full must be made on completion, before we leave site.
Maintenance
Maintenance on commercial properties is different and can can be done within office working hours as it doesn’t involve noisy and disruptive work. It all depends on the nature of the business and the client’s preference.
