Pricing / Quotations
Our Jobs / Installs are priced and quoted on the size of internal and external systems needed to be sufficient for installation.
Internal pipe and cable runs, length of runs and access to do this are a big part of the installation and makes a difference when ii comes to working out a quotation.
Also the movement and replacement of any furniture are additional costs, added to the quotation.

Project Management
Domestic and commercial projects can be very different.
Domestic properties need to be worked around clients who may be at home or may not be at the time of the installation.
We pride ourselves on cleanliness and tidiness whilst undertaking all installations. We will use carpet protection, dust sheets to protect any furniture during the installation, and always use hoovers and cleaning materials to leave the site in a clean and tidy manor. Wall repairs internally and externally will be filled with appropriate materials and made good if needed before completion.
Commercial sites can differ, installations may have to be out of hours depending on the situation.
We are a very health and safety conscious team and only work in a safe and friendly environment.

DOMESTIC INSTALLATIONS
Wall mounted units are the ideal unit to add to your property either in your lounge, bedrooms, loft conversions, summer homes, sheds and garages.
Indoor wall mounted units are fitted at high level and come in a variety of size per kw, brand and colour. They also have a variety of settings to suit your needs.
- COOLING – for the summer when it’s just too hot and uncomfortable.
- HEATING – for the colder weather and needing that bit of extra warmth,
- DE HUMIDIFIER – for any cold and damp conditions
- FAN – for just circulating the air.
All wall mounted units come with a remote control for all setting adjustments and also available is a smart function that is controlled via an app on your smart phone. So you can set it half hour before you get home.
We are also qualified JIB registered electricians so the electrical side of any installation is very professional and to a high standard of work.
We either install a new independent circuit for the air conditioning, from your fuse board or connect into a local 32amp ring main circuit, depending on the existing electrical installation.
All external units, which do the hard work for the internal units, must be fitted externally in a well ventilated area, ideally out of sight from inside the house.

COMMERCIAL INSTALLATIONS
Commercial AC units differ from ceiling cassettes for more open wider areas and offices to wall mounted units for small enclosed areas depending on the client’s preference and ceiling void space. All internal units have external units which need to be installed somewhere well ventilated preferably outside.
Installation work on commercial premises is normally done out of business working hours to avoid disruption to both clients and ourselves depending on the nature of the clients business.

MAINTENANCE
Maintenance on commercial properties is different and can can be done within office working hours as it doesn’t involve noisy and disruptive work. It all depends on the nature of the business and the client’s preference.
